Qualifications: Background Required:

Highly energetic individuals with 10-15 years of experience including various supply chain functions like supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, continuous improvement, etc;
Must have some forecasting / demand planning experience, as well as having implemented a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in at least 1 organization;
Due to the global nature of this role, must understand how to work in a different culture speaking a foreign language (i.e. Spanish, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus;
Strong project management experience;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive decisions;
Ability to travel internationally 50%+ of the time;
Bachelors Degree required, no exceptions;
Proven track record of success in similar role.

Duties: Position Description:

Responsible to identify and influence change associated with supply chain operations among global factories in the South America, Europe and Asia;
Identify common supply chain processes that need to be developed and/or improved
Coordinate continuous improvement efforts with the ultimate responsibility to drive operational excellence through collaboration among all manufacturing operations;
Develop training programs for global supply chain teams to support the goal of having a world-class supply chain;
Design, build, and launch a global manufacturing dashboard to identify areas for performance improvement;
