Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent degree with business system experience.
Strong knowledge of major activities, concepts, integration and terminology related to supply chain functions.
5+ years of experience with business process improvement and system modifications / implementations.
Thorough knowledge of process and data dependencies in an integrated system to support implementation and maintenance efforts (e.g. ERP, WMS, CRM).
Extensive business process and technical writing experience.
Extensive problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communication style.
Proven leadership capabilities with proven success in project execution.
Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within all departments of the organization and facilitate meetings with a business and a technical audience.
Extensive knowledge of standard MS-Office software.
Previous apparel, manufacturing or retail experience beneficial.
Duties: We are currently seeking a strategically minded, supply chain focused, Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This opportunity is located at Jockeys world headquarters in Kenosha, WI. Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Kenosha is 60 miles north of Chicago and 35 miles south of Milwaukee making it an easy commute from two major metropolitan areas.
In this role you will:
Direct business users from a variety of business and service units to define, develop and document both business requirements and structured process designs necessary to effectively meet business user requests. Analyze process and cost implications of alternatives to determine most suitable solution. Develop consensus within team. Lead members of IT staff in translating specifications into acceptable solutions.
Direct team through the decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements to support decision making.
Facilitate design sessions to analyze business processes and define system requirements.
Evaluate, document and explain business processes to users with emphasis on process controls and dependencies; leverage knowledge of business strategy and industry requirements.
Balance business strategy, business requirements, system capabilities and cost when defining solutions.
Guide team members in the development of test scripts, training materials and process procedures to support process design, while following structured methods and tools.
Develop consensus on requirements, suggestions and recommendations from business users.
Ensure the completion, accuracy and due-diligence of the options identified for project requests.
Monitor, utilize and inform others of the process to identify costs, risks and benefits for system feasibility projects and requests.
Work with business users to define and develop all elements of a business case.
Lead the project team through consensus building to reach agreement on process design, business requirements and system design.
Determine project scope and objectives through collaboration with business owners.
Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
