Role Summary/Purpose
The Americas pole owner for sourcing strategy & execution for the Facilities Purchase Family for all Americas P&Ls managing a combined annual spend of approximately $180MM. Will develop strategies for the Facilities Purchase Family and drive to completion while leading (by influence) a large cross-functional team. Role will have high visibility across Americas P&Ls and to Management. Role will have significant impact in helping the Healthcare business achieve its objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelors degree with 5+ years experience in sourcing or in facilities
2. Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time

Duties: Essential Responsibilities
* Implement the Integrated Facilities Management initiative (IFM) which will drive substantial supplier consolidation, improved supplier management and significant cost reductions.
* Create & Implement Utilities & Energy spend reduction initiative by negotiations and driving Kaizen usage reductions.
* Drive & Support Implementation of EMIS (Energy Management Information System) to drive data visibility on energy spend and coordination with GE Corp. Sourcing.
* Drive $8MM of Variable Cost Productivity in the Americas Pole via collaborative projects, price negotiations & process/usage control.
* Lead and execute contract & pricing negotiations: Serve as Sourcing COE for Americas Facilities
* Drive improvement of payment terms
* Drive utilization of preferred suppliers
* Driving improvements in sourcing processes
* Manage escalations due to performance/quality issues.
* Resolve commercial results
* Lead large cross-functional team to drive all initiatives
* Lead Sourcing process for construction & PE projects
