Qualifications: Aerotek's exclusive client is currently looking to add an experienced Production Supervisor to their 2nd shift operations in Waukesha. This is a direct placement position that is able to interview as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.

This candidate will be responsible leading our client's 2nd shift operations in Waukesha.

Qualifications:
*BS/BA degree in operations, engineering or related field
*2-5 years minimum experience in production supervision
*Assembly background and experience required
*Lean Experience and knowledge preferred

Duties: Responsibilities:
*Directly supervising 2 team leads and up to 40 total indirect reports
*Ensure the safety, quality and on-time production of 2nd shift operations
*Provide the necessary information to the operations management team regarding production and performance

BS/BA DEGREE
ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE
