Qualifications: Background Required:

- Highly energetic individuals with 5-7 years supply chain forecasting / demand planning experience;
- Experience with high-volume Retail / CPG supply chains;
- Effective use of forecasting applications (i.e. SAP APO, Oracle / Demantra, Logility, Manugistics, i2, Demand Solutions, etc.) and MS Excel or Access;
- Bachelors Degree;
- Proven track record of success in similar role.

Compensation Plan:

- $80-95K;

Position Description:
- Develop and maintain an 18-month unit forecast at the SKU level and drive the entire forecast process for the strategic business unit;
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues;
- Develop models to forecast new products;
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings with executives;
- Participate in the financial budgeting process;
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings;
- Advise sales, marketing and finance of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.
